Shipping Policy

As a rule, we ship from Japan within 5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

Please note that we cannot accept date and time requests.


We will deliver by EMS of Japan Post. We cannot send to areas that are not covered. Supported areas and EMS fees may vary. Please check the Japan Post website for the latest information.

The “tax included” listed next to the item price is the Japanese domestic consumption tax.
Import duties, taxes and charges for international sales are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the purchaser's responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”

Clothes marked as size Japanese 11 are made based on the following nude measurements.

Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

In principle, cancellation after payment cannot be made.
Please inquire before purchasing if you have any concerns.

Since most of our products are made from vintage kimonos, we consider that you have agreed to purchase the products with the understanding that the fabric will deteriorate over time.
We produce the items after selecting materials that we deem to be safe for remaking.

About layaway reservations

We accept layaway reservations for up to 30 days for repeat customers only.

We do not have a specific quantity limit, but we may decline your request depending on the total amount, total number of items, or other factors.

Disclaime

We make every effort to ensure that the product prices and information on this website are accurate.
However, if we discover that an item is incorrectly listed, we will promptly correct the information and notify the customer.
We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from this.
If you purchase an item, we will confirm your intent to do business with us again after we have provided you with the corrected information.

Our products are manufactured, inspected, and sold on the premise that they are intended for use as human wear (or clothing and indoor accessories) by customers at their own risk. Please be especially careful not to apply force beyond the strength of the material, or to prevent children or pets from wrapping around the product, choking on it, or accidentally ingesting it, or to prevent the color from being transferred to the surroundings. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur or spread while wearing, washing, storing, or otherwise using the product.

In the case that the material kimono is client's brought in and kept in our shop. In the event that we are unable to fulfill the request due to our intentional or gross negligence, and if it becomes impossible to use the material as a kimono fabric, we will refund the applicable fee and reimburse you with an equivalent item according to our standards (regardless of the purchase price of the kimono, based on the equivalent condition and classification of the kimono as recycled material for remaking). We will not be held responsible for any damage to your goods caused by earthquakes, floods, other natural disasters, wars, civil wars, or other external factors.

We are not responsible for any damage caused during the transportation of the goods. However, this does not apply if the damage was caused by our intentional or gross negligence.

In the event that the product is returned due to the customer's or recipient's long-term absence, refusal to receive the product, or miscommunication despite having been notified that the product delivery arrangements have been completed. After 6 months have passed, the customer agrees that he/she has relinquished ownership of the merchandise, that the merchandise may be disposed of or sold to the general public at our discretion, and that no refunds will be made.
